Parboiling Plant – 24 TPH, 32 TPH, 40 TPH, 50 TPH, 60 TPH is an industrial hydrothermal treatment system designed for high-volume rice mill applications. It performs controlled soaking of raw paddy in water, uniform steaming to gelatinize starch and strengthen the grain structure, and subsequent drying to achieve optimal moisture content before milling. This process increases grain hardness, reduces chalkiness, improves milling yield, and enhances storage resistance. Featuring robust construction, ergonomic feed/discharge systems, efficient steam distribution and automated control options, the plant supports continuous operation to match varying production capacities required by modern rice processing lines.
